Oversight by the Puerto Rico Department of Labor (DTRH)
Surveillance Net Force strictly complies with all regulations enforced by the Departamento del Trabajo y Recursos Humanos (DTRH), which governs labor standards for security companies in Puerto Rico. This includes:
Proper employee classification
Full compliance with wage and hour laws
Compliance with statutory benefits and insurance
Prevention of illegal or non-compliant professional service arrangements
The DTRH explicitly prohibits the illegal outsourcing or misclassification of security guards under “professional services” contracts, which some companies attempt to use to avoid paying employee benefits, insurance, or overtime. Surveillance Net Force rejects these unlawful practices and ensures all guards are employed legally, ethically, and with full protections.
